New Project Occupancy Certificate |
The applicant fills an application for a new project certificate in the prescribed format and to verify it, the Tehsildar conducts a local inquiry and submits a report to this office. After that, if there is no error, the project certificate is issued after the co-shareholder and heirs give their answers in person at this office. |

Replacement of a defective certificate |
An application is filled in the prescribed form by the applicant for the replacement of the deed certificate and to verify it, the Tehsildar conducts a local inquiry and submits a report to this office. After that, if there is no error, the co-shareholder and heirs are required to appear in this office and the deed certificate is issued. The deed certificate is issued in replacement. |

Verifying the project certificate |
When the applicant is selected for a job based on the proposed certificate, a letter is received by this office to verify that the certificate has been issued by the concerned department. After verifying it, the report is sent to the concerned institution. |

Verification of earthquake-affected certificate |
Once the applicant is selected for a job based on the earthquake-affected certificate, the said earthquake-affected certificate is sent to the concerned Tehsildar for verification. |
